Store Pick up Policy

From the time the item has been ordered and paid for you have two weeks to pick up the item from either of our two locations if the item is in stock. Otherwise you have two weeks from the date we notify you the item(s) is available for pick up at one of our two locations.

Who can pick up your order:
You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must enter their name in during checkout. You'll need to provide the pickup person's name, email address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store.

Only you — or the person you've told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.

Ship to store:
Some items may not be in stock and will have to be shipped to one of our two locations directly from the manufacturer. Ship-to-store items usually arrive at the store within 3 to 7 business days. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup.

Warehouse pickup:
Some larger equipment items and appliances may be available for pickup at our Springdale warehouse. You can contact the store at 479-751-1217 to schedule time to pick up. Warehouse locations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Bring the same items you'd bring for pickup in a store:

  • Your government-issued photo ID
  • The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
  • Your order number

Come in to the front desk and one of our associates will show you where to park your vehicle for loading.
